Ryan Quigley out of North Myrtle Beach signs with Minnesota Vikings

Ryan Quigley has signed a two year agreement with the Minnesota Vikings./ABC 15

Ryan Quigley, who played high school football at North Myrtle Beach, has signed a two-year contract as a punter for the Minnesota Vikings.

The 27-year old Quigley, who graduated from Boston College, has previously played for the Chicago Bears, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars and Arizona Cardinals.

He has averaged 44.6 yards per punt during his NFL career, and had 84 punts land inside the 20 yard line.

Quigley was an ABC 15 All-Zone selection in high school, and named South Carolina Special Teams Player of the Year.

Quigley is one of two former North Myrtle Beach Chiefs in the NFL. Temarrick Hemingway is a tight end with the Los Angeles Rams.
