Myrtle Beach Seahawks win Class AAAA State Volleyball Championship

The Myrtle Beach Seahawks won the Class AAAA State Volleyball Championship by defeating Pickens High 3-1.

The Seahawks captured the first volleyball state title in school history, winning by scores of 25-13, 19-25, 25-16, and 25-18.

The win was significant for Myrtle Beach. They beat a Pickens program that has won 15 volleyball state titles.

The Seahawks finished the season with a 23-7-2 record.
