Former West Florence DE, All Zoner Dorian Gerald inks with Arkansas
FLORENCE, SC - Former West Florence defensive end Dorian Gerald ended the recruiting process by signing with Arkansas Friday. The All-Zoner chose the Razorbacks over Texas A&M, after completing a stellar career at the College of the Canyons.
After playing at Palmetto Prep, Gerald made the decision to play in California to enhance his chances of playing at a division one program. Over a two year span he became the top defensive end in the nation. He recorded over 22 sacks, 44 tackles for the Cougars.
Gerald took visits to Arkansas, Florida, Texas A&M and Louisville. However, he had over 20 offers to some of the best programs in the Nation.
