Sunday is national candy day, and you can celebrate by making your own candy!

Strawberry Blonde Crunch Candy:

Ingredients: 8 oz melted white chocolate coating at 86 degrees2 oz toasted almonds1.5 oz corn flakes crushed 1/2 oz crushed freeze dried strawberry chipsDirections: In a microwave, melt white chocolate coating; stir until smooth. Stir in corn flakes, almonds and dried strawberry chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonful’s onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Let stand until set.
