Whip Up Your Weekend: South Carolina Peaches and Chicken Tostados

If you're looking to spice up your afternoon snacks or want a lighter lunch, this may be the recipe for you: South Carolina Peaches and Chicken Tostados.


  • 1 Grilled Chicken Breast Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Peach, diced
  • 4 Corn Tostados
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/4 cup diced peppers and onions mixed
  • 1 teaspoon of Cholula
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of queso fresca crumble cheese


  • In a bowl Mix the diced chicken with oil, peaches, cilantro, onions, peppers, and Cholula.
  • Squeeze a half a lime over the mixture and give it another toss.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Scoop the mixture onto a crispy corn tostado and sprinkle the queso fresca on top.
  • Serve with a lime wedge to balance acidity.
