Whip Up Your Weekend: Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes, (WPDE)

If you are looking for a new side dish, you might want to try out this simple oven roasted garlic potatoes recipe.


  • 1 1/2 Lbs. small golden and/or red b potatoes (Washed and Quartered)
  • 1 TB grated parm cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 2 TBolive oil
  • 3/4 cup salt and pepper / seasoning mixture (Mrs. Dash or Crazy Salt)


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep pan with aluminum foil
  • In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the five ingredients
  • Place the mixture onto the pan
  • Bake 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 2 minutes and serve
