Orange Craisin Oatmeal Cookies

Sunday, April 30 is National Oatmeal Cookie Day. To celebrate, Chef Geoff Blount made orange craisin oatmeal cookies on Whip Up Your Weekend.


6 oz butter

6 oz sugar

6 oz brown sugar

2 eggs

1 oz fresh oj with pulp

7 oz all purpose flour

6 oz oatmeal dry

1 tsp cinnamon

¾ tsp baking soda

¾ tsp salt

6 oz dried cranberries


1- Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.

2- Add eggs to the mixture, one at a time.

3- Pour in the orange juice and mix.

4- Now mix in the rest of the ingredients and combine.

5- Prep a baking pan with parchment paper

6- Scoop and bake! Pre-heat over to 345 degree. 12-14 minutes should do the trick or until golden.
