After Thursday night's fire, seven people were sent to the hospital. Four of them were in critical condition after jumping from their balconies to safety.

For Windsor Green resident Greg Boulavsky, this was the second fire he had to endure in the same complex.

He and his family are also survivors of the 2013 fire which displaced 190 people.

In the 2013 fire, Boulavsky said they had stairs, and he was home to help his wife and daughter to safety,

On Thursday, he came home from work to find his wife and daughter on the ground, screaming in pain, after the flames forced them to jump from their third floor apartment.

"My daughter did not have the courage to jump, my wife made sure she jumped and was not jumping unless she did first," said Boulavsky.

The family lost everything in the fire including their beloved beagle puppy.

23-year-old Khrysta Boulavsky lost three veils she was sent from her god mother, as she was planning for her wedding in December.

Her mother, 55-year-old Elaine Boulavsky, who was recently released from the hospital after beating cancer, suffered broken ankles and a broken pelvis after jumping from the fire.
