After a two-week investigation, officers with the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office and the State Law Enforcement Division say they will not file charges after a fire destroyed a Murrells Inlet restaurant May 1.

The sheriff's office said in a news release that "evidence collected from the ruins of the Broken Spur, 715 Pendergrass Ave., does not support a charge of arson, according to investigators."
