Police report shows Hartsville teen was shot during argument
Hartsville, S.C. (WPDE) —
Police reports show a teen was shot during an argument last month in Hartsville.
According to an incident report, 19-year-old Sabrina Perkins was shot on July 16 at a house on South Fifth Street near Hartsville.
The report says Perkins got into an argument with a man and grabbed a shotgun.
According to the report, the man, “attempted to remove the shotgun from Perkins possession and during that altercation the gun fired, striking Perkins in the head.”
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating Perkins’ death with assistance from the State Law Enforcement Division.
