Police looking for person of interest in shooting in Mullins


Police are investigating Thursday night after someone was found with a gunshot wound on Bay Street in Mullins, according to officers on scene.

Officers said they aren't sure if the victim was shot on Bay Street or if he was brought there.

The victim had to be airlifted because of his injuries, police said.

Captain Joe Graham with Mullins police said they have a person of interest they are looking to find.

That person's name is not being released at this time.
