People OK after car ends up in Darlington County retention pond, official says

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A woman and children are OK after a car they were riding in Monday night ended up in a retention pond off of Lamar Highway, according to officials.

Darlington County Sheriff James Hudson said the car is no longer in the pond.

Hudson also said they have the kids and a woman is in custody.
