One injured, one arrested after shooting in Myrtle Beach

One person has been arrested and another person is in the hospital after a shooting in Myrtle Beach.

According to Myrtle Beach Police Department's Captain Joey Crosby, around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at a home on 12th Avenue South.

Once on scene, officers found a wounded man and launched an investigation.

Officers then identified and apprehended a suspect related to the shooting.

On Friday, Crosby identified the suspect as Lynda Kaye Olge of Myrtle Beach.

She has been charged with attempted murder, according to Crosby.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. No word yet on that person's current condition.
