Man says he was beaten outside restaurant while trying to get paid

A man told police he was beaten with a club by an employee of Tuscanini's restaurant, on 7th Avenue North, when he showed up to try to get paid.

The victim said the restaurant owed him $9.00 per hour for 94 hours of work.

According to an incident report, when the victim showed up at the restaurant the employee got mad, came back with a club in his hand, and hit the victim in the elbow and back several times.

Police say the victim had bruises and denied EMS treatment.

Adel Nassr Mansour, 47, is charged with Assault and Battery 3rd Degree.
