'It's all about the girls': Carolina Country Music Fest adds five ladies to lineup

Five ladies were added to the lineup for the 2018 Carolina Country Music Fest in honor of International Women's Day.

Deana Carter, Runaway June, Stephanie Quayle, Kasey Tyndall and Kennedy Fitzsimmons were all announced this morning on the CCMF twitter page.

The five ladies join multiple other artists for the multi-day festival set for June 7 to 10 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

They join these previously announced artists for the 2018 fest:

  • Jon Langston
  • Morgan Wallen
  • Devin Dawson
  • Michael Ray
  • Kane Brown
  • Dylan Scott
  • Cole Swindell
  • Old Dominion
  • Brett Eldridge
  • Zac Brown Band
  • Chris Lane

Festival officials say everyone who has already purchased a general admission ticket will automatically get in to the Thursday Kick Off for free!

"If you purchase a general admission ticket by end of day on March 9, you will get a free pass for Thursday Night Kick Off," said Mike Stephens, with Full House Productions. "This is a big thank you to all the CCMF fans who have purchased early!!!!"

Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF), the East Coast’s largest outdoor country music fest, is located on the shores of Myrtle Beach. A unique blend of today’s country headliners and up-and-comers, CCMF is host to the industry’s biggest stars. With the combination of country music and the scenic Myrtle Beach backdrop, this family-friendly, three-day fest is a summer vacation destination.
