Suspect wearing Michael Myers mask wanted for Bojangles armed robbery


The Florence County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect wanted for the armed robbery of a Florence Bojangles on Oct. 23, according to a release.

Investigators say the robbery happened around 9 p.m. when the suspect entered the restaurant on East Palmetto Street wearing a Michael Myers Halloween mask and demanded money from two clerks while holding a handgun to their heads.

Witnesses say the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money in a white vehicle traveling east on East Palmetto Street.
