Man charged with attempted murder after armed robbery at Darlington home

Darlington, S.C. (WPDE) — An 18-year-old man has been arrested after an armed robbery at a home overnight, according to a release sent by Lt. Robert Kilgo.

Investigators have charged Anthony Lavell Graham, 18, of Darlington, with attempted murder and armed robbery, according to the release. Graham is also charged with violation of probation.

His arrest comes after deputies were dispatched on Feb. 19 to a residence on Rogers Road at midnight in reference to an armed robbery.

Police say a gun was fired, hitting the home, but no one was hurt.

Graham is expected to appear before a Darlington County Magistrate on Tuesday.
