CCMF adds Mitchell Tenpenny to 2019 lineup
Myrtle Beach, S.C. (WPDE) —
Mitchell Tenpenny has been announced as the next artist in the lineup for the Carolina Country Music Fest in 2019.
The Nashville native is the grandson of Donna Hilley, who is the CEO of Sony/ATV Music Publishing.
Tenpenny says his inspiration comes from all works of music, including Michael Jackson and the Oak Ridge Boys.
He’s performed as an opening act for Jake Owen, Brett Young, and Lynyrd Skynyrd among many others.
Next June, he will join headliners Alabama, Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett and Florida Georgia line on the CCMF stage.
The 2019 festival will be held June 6 through June 9, 2019.
Thousands of people attended the 2018 event.
