Boston group to deliver emergency supplies to Myrtle Beach animal shelter
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) —
An animal welfare group out of Boston plans to bring food and supplies to Myrtle Beach shelters and other areas impacted by Hurricane Florence.
A spokesperson for FOUR PAWS says a supply truck is expected to arrive at the Grand Strand Humane Society shelter around mid-day on Sunday.
The supplies are from a community donations event in Tampa, Florida.
FOUR PAWS said the effort is being coordinated, in part, by Beds for All Paws, an organization based in Clearwater, Florida and the Earthwise Pet Supply company.
