Bond denied again for man charged with killing 3 in Robert Grissom wreck
Myrtle Beach, S.C. (WPDE) —
Bond was denied again for the man charged with killing three in a wreck on Robert Grissom Parkway in April, according to the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
Garth Treadway has been charged with three counts of felony DUI resulting in death, one count of felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm, hit and run attended vehicle and transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle with the seal broken, according to a release.
At his hearing Thursday, Oct. 11, he was denied bond again. He has been assigned James Galmore as his public defender. It appears that another court date has yet to be set, according to online court records.
The collision happened on Friday, May 4 around 6:05 p.m. in the area of Robert Grissom Parkway and Executive Avenue.
When police responded, they discovered two people already dead at the scene. Multiple people were transported to the hospital.
A third person died at the hospital later as a result of their injuries.
