Boil water advisory issued for the town of Lamar

LAMAR, S.C. (WPDE) — The Lamar water system has experienced multiple line breaks Thursday morning which have resulted in a significant loss of water, according to town officials.

Officials said as a precautionary measure they are asking customers to boil water before using for consumption.

Some neighbors said they have little to no water.
