Jeret Cox was located and taken into custody today by the Horry County Police Robbery/Homicide Unit and South Precinct Patrol Officers. He is charged with accessory after the fact a, b, c or murder.

One more suspect, Shannon Ray Little, has yet to be located and faces the same charges.

Police had already identified both victims. One of them was identified as Shawn David Anderson, 35, originally of Laurens, S.C., by using dental records. The second was identified using DNA as Matthew Autry, 29.

Michael W. Faile, 37; David L. Cook, 44, of Little River; William D. Tatum, 37, of Myrtle Beach; and, Zachary Stell, 31, of Myrtle Beach; were each charged with two counts of murder and arson.

Cook was also charged with possession of heroin and Tatum was also charged with trafficking heroin and possession of a scheduled drug.

Warrants for Faile show that he hired Cook and Stell to kill the two victims and to find heroin or fentanyl that was stolen from him.

According to warrants, Stell and Cook lured the two victims to an unknown location where they were shot several times.

A witness told police that Stell and Cook then stabbed the victims multiple times and then Cook set the car on fire with the two victims inside, according to warrants.
