LUMBERTON, N.C. (WPDE) — A woman is in the hospital after she was wounded in a shooting Thursday night on Bovine Drive in Lumberton, according to Major Damien McLean with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
Terri Lowery, 45, of Lumberton was taken to the hospital and is being treated for her injuries. No word on her condition.
McLean released the following statement on the shooting:
“On January 10, 2019 at approximately 8:21 pm Robeson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 60 block of Bovine Dr. Lumberton in reference a subject shot. When deputies arrived at the location, they found Terri Lowery, 45, of Lumberton shot. Lowery was transferred to an undisclosed hospital and is being treated for her injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
