Gloria Williams, a South Carolina woman who kidnapped Florida infant Kamiyah Mobley and raised the child as her own, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for her crimes.

A Jacksonville, Florida judge sentenced Williams Friday morning. Williams was sentenced to 18 years for the crime of kidnapping, and 5 years for custodial interference.

The sentences will run concurrently, and Williams will receive credit for time served for 511 days she has spent in jail already, the judge said.

Williams has 30 days to appeal the judge's sentencing.

Williams, of Walterboro, was arrested in January 2017, 18 years after she stole Mobley from a Jacksonville hospital, dressed as a nurse.

Williams raised the girl in Walterboro under the name Alexis Manigo.

Williams pleaded guilty in February 2017 to kidnapping Mobley.
