King of Wakanda, Black Panther claws his way into theaters

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) - It's one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year - Marvel's "Black Panther."

The movie features South Carolina's own Chadwick Boseman.

"Black Panther" hits theaters Friday February 16th.

The film has already received plenty of positive reviews.

Blank Panther is Marvel's first black superhero.

He was introduced to the Marvel family back in 1966.

The movie picks up after T'Challa (Black Panther's) father dies and he is now the King of Wakanda.

But not everyone is happy about that.
