Warmer Friday before a colder weekend

Sunny skies will give way to more clouds heading into Friday evening as a cold front approaches the area. It will pass by overnight with mostly cloudy skies and a slim chance for a passing shower/sprinkle. Behind the front, cold air surges in keeping Saturday's temperatures in the upper 40s during the afternoon.
Another weak disturbance will pass by late Saturday into early Sunday with mainly extra cloud cover, but have very little impact on our temperatures. highs Sunday will reach the low to mid 50s. Both mornings will be below freezing Inland and around freezing along the coast.
Warmer conditions will arrive early next week with highs in the mid to upper 50s. This is ahead of another cold front coming Tuesday night with Arctic air returning for the middle of next week.
