Warm Wednesday but not as humid

Yesterday's cold front is south of the area putting the area in a much drier airmass. Humidity will be down, but it will still be quite warm. While most areas will be dry, the sea breeze may kick up a stray shower. You can always track the rain on

A secondary front will drop through on Friday. It will pass by dry, but Canadian high pressure behind it will slowly build East through the weekend. This will keep the area dry with low humidity and plenty of sunshine. With the ridge of high pressure in control, rain chances will be near zero.
