Unsettled at times, still warm and humid

Tropical moisture remains across the Carolinas courtesy of high pressure off of the East and a front stalled out across the Carolinas. Rain chances will remain up, especially Inland, with scattered showers and storms possible. You can always track the storms on

! It will me quite muggy with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 80s area wide.

The tropical moisture will shift slightly westward and rain chances wil decrease heading into the middle and end of the week. A slight chance for afternoon and evening showers will remain around.

Our next cold front drops through Friday into Saturday keeping the rain chances around. Once the front is south of the area, drier conditions will move in for Sunday with lower humidity and more sunshine.
