      Unsettled again with a few strong storms possible

      Yet another unsettled afternoon with an increasing chance for scattered showers and storms, expecially for the Inland areas. A few strong to severe storms will be possible. Main threats will be heavy rain, a lot of lightning, strong wind gusts, and even hail.

      Some areas will see a lot of rain over a very short time period. This will increase the risk of localized flooding as well as ponding on the roadways.

      A cold front will approach on Sunday and stall out across the Carolinas. This will increase the chance for rain and storms across the area. An unsettled weather pattern will remain around through the next 7 days. With high pressure off of the East Coast supplying tropical moisture and heat, the chance for showers and storms will be around , mainly in the afternoon and evening. Temps will remain in the mid to upper 80s near the Beaches and around 90 Inland.
