T.S. Andrea moves through. Improving weekend forecast

Tropical Storm Andrea brought in areas of heavy rain and storms over the past 24 hours and will be moving through and away from the area today. Scattered rain remains in the forecast for today becoming more isolated through the late afternoon and evening. Windy conditions this morning will relax duing the afternoon, but peak gussts along the coast will reach arond 40mph with Inland gusts around 25mph. With 1"-3" of rain already falling across the area, with isolated areas up around 5", a flood watch is in effect until this evening. This weekend will remain a bit humid with the chance for a few afternoon pop up storms. There will be partly sunny skies and temps will reach the mid 80s along the coast with upper 80s to around 90° Inland.
