Summer returns. Cold front will bring changes this weekend

A little bit of a drier day for Wednesday and Thursday as the Tropical moisture that kept scattered showers and storms around has shifted West. High pressure off of the East will keep warm, humid ari pumped into the area so a few showers/storms are still possible. You can always track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! It will me quite muggy with temperatures reaching the mid 80s to around 90°.

Our next cold front drops through Friday into Saturday bringing back the chance for scattered rain and storms on Friday. Once the front is south of the area, drier conditions will move in for Sunday with lower humidity and more sunshine.

The tropics are quiet for now. Get the latest tropical updates during hurricane season at our Hurricane Central page.
