Subtropical Storm Melissa has formed out in the Atlantic, approximately 695 miles East of Bermuda, and poses no threat to impacting the United States.
Subtropical Storm Melissa has maximum sustained winds of 50 mph and is moving Northwest at 9mph. It is forecast to turn Northeast and head out to sea over the next few days
