High pressure has settled in for today bringing plenty of sunshine and warmth to the area. Temps will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s. The high will slide off of the coast Friday increasing the heat and humidity a little, but the chance for a few isolated Inland storms will also be on the rise. A cold front will move in Saturday into Sunday. Rain chances will increase Inland Saturday, with a slight chance Saturday along the coast. Sunday's rain chances will be decreasing Inland but remain up along the Grand Strand.
