Soggy start to the weekend

Rain overspreading the area today will continue through Saturday evening. Friday will remain chilly, especially inland, with cool air pushing in from the Northeast. A warm front to our South will push overhead tonight bringing periods of heavy rain and a gradual warm up. By Saturday afternoon a cold front will slowly work into the area keeping the chance for rain across the area into Saturday evening. You can always track our rain on

! Temps will max out in the upper 40s along the border and low/mid 50s near the coast today and upper 50s/low 60s Saturday.

High pressure will return briefly for Sunday bringing sunshine and warm weather back. Temps will warm into the 60s area wide. Enjoy it though because another round of rain will come in for Monday and Tuesday.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and warm. Highs-Mid/Upper 60s.
