More heat, fewer storms

A weak cold front will move through today keeping us a bit muggy with the chance for a few widely scattered showers/storms around though the early afternoon. You can always track the storms on

! High temperatures will hit the mid 80s along the Grand Strand and around 90° Inland under partly sunny skies.

The front will be off shore late tonight and skies will gradually clear. This front is not brinring any cooler weather for us though. Mostly sunny skies will be around for Wednesday and temps will hit around 90° along the beaches and low/mid 90s Inland. Thursday will be even hotter and a little more humid. Low to mid 90s for high temperatures factored with muggy conditions and we will see the heat index reach around 100°.

Another cold front comes in late Thursday with a few afternoon and evening storms and much cooler, drier conditions behind it that will remain through the weekend. A few storms may be on the strong side as the front passes Thursday, Get ready to enjoy a nice weekend with mostly sunny skies and temps in the mid 80s.
