More clouds, few showers, but warmer

A disturbance will pass by later Friday into early Saturday as high pressure slides off of the EastCoast. This disturbance will increase the clouds, as well as the chance for showers, to the area. Best chance for rain will be during the evening hours Fridayu to very early part of Saturday. It will be much drier around daybreak. You can always track the rain on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app. Temperatures will warm into the 60s and 70s through early next week.

A strong cold front moves in on Monday bringing an increase in rain ahead of it and a blast of cold air to follow.

Today: Mostly cloudy witha few showers. Better chance late. Highs-Grand Strand: Low/Mid 60s, Inland:Upper 50s/60°.

Tonight: Scattered rain tapering near daybreak. Mostly cloudy and mild. Lows:Low/Mid 50s.

Saturday: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy and warmer. Slight chance for a shower early. Highs- Around 70°.

Sunday: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy and even warmer. Slight chance for a shower late. Highs- Low/Mid 70s
