Increasing heat, humidity and chance for rain
Tue, 27 Aug 2013 13:00:04 GMT —
Heat and humidity are on the rise as a ridge of high pressure in the middle of the country sinks South through the end of the week. Temperatures will return to the mid 80s to low 90s from Tuesday through the weekend.
A weak cold front will move in from the North over the next 3 days bringing a slight chance for a few showers and storms. You can always track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app!
The tropics are quiet at this time. Get the latest tropical updates during hurricane season at our Hurricane Central page.
