Increasing clouds, few showers before Fall weather returns

High pressure will weaken it's grip on the Southeast allowing a disturbance along the Gulf Coast to move through Florida and up the East Coast. This disturbance will increase the chance for a few showers on Wednesday with the best chance for scattered showers overnight. You can always track the rain on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! High temps will reach the upper70s despite mostly cloudy skies during the afternoon.
High pressure will build back in during the end of the week and weekend bringing sunny skies and dry conditions back to the forecast. Highs will reach around 80° through the weekend.
The tropics remain quiet thanks to dry air over the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and Atlantic. Get the latest tropical updates during hurricane season at our Hurricane Central page.
