Happy Halloween forecast. Rain moves in Friday
Thu, 31 Oct 2013 11:47:55 GMT —
With high pressure off of the East Coast and a cold front moving through the middle of the country, the Carolinas remain unseasonably warm and dry. Look for more clouds at times today, but temperatures will still reach the upper 70s near the coast and even around 80Inland. It will be dry and mild for the Trick-or-treaters with temps starting in the mid 70s and only falling to the upper 60s to low 70s during the evening.
Friday a cold front approaches increasing the rain chances with the best chance from late afternoon through the overnight. You can always track the rain on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app. Friday will still be warm with highs around 80. The cold front moves through early Saturday taking the rain and clouds along with it. Temperatures will still reach the mid 70s.
Get ready for a big drop in temperatures for Sunday. High pressure behind the cold front will usher in an unseasonably cooler, dry airmass. Temperatures will barely reach the mid 60s Sunday and Monday afternoons with morning temps in the upper 30s to low 40s.
