We will ring in the New Year dry and cool with midnight temps in the mid/upper 40s High clouds will thicken up overnight out ahead of our next system that moves in tomorrow. This will increase our rain chances during the late morning and afternoon bring a wet start to 2013. Overnight the area of low pressure will be moving toward the Northeast and pulling away, but the tailing front will hangup close to our coast for Wednesday. This will keep clouds around and temps will reach the mid 50s .
