Getting a bit drier heading into the weekend. Tracking TS Dorian

A cold front will stall off of the Coastal Carolinas today keeping a few clouds around along with the chance for widely scattered showers and storms. You can always track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! Temps will reach the middle and upper 80s area wide today.

High pressure will nudge the stalled front away from the coast Friday increase the amount of dry air across the area. This will bring more sunshine and lower humidity, along with a dry day! It will still be warm, but not unbearably humid with highs hitting the mid to upper 80s once again. Over the weekend a cold front will slide toward the Southeast and bring back the chance for showers and storms to be widely scattered by Sunday and Monday. Temps will remain in the mid to upper 80s all weekend before a f ew 90 highs are back by the beginning of next week.

Wednesday Tropical Depression #4 formed in the morning and by the afternoon it strengthened into Tropical Storm Dorian. It is a long way from our area and forecast to move West through the Atlantic over the next 5 days approaching Puerto Rico by Monday. From there the forecast gets very uncertain.
