Dry weather returns, cooler conditions coming

High clouds will bring filtered sunshine back to the area as yesterday's rain maker moves on. Temps will warm into the 60s area wide for one more day. A few dry fronts will usher in cooler conditions for the end of the week and a shot of cold air arrives for the weekend. High temps will gradually decrease to the low 50s by Friday and struggle to hit 50 over the weekend.

We'll be monitoring a disturbance to bring in more clouds this weekend and even a chance for a few showers Sunday.

Today: Mostly sunny and mild. Highs- Low/Mid 60s.

Tonight: Mostly clear skies, chilly. Lows: Upper 30s/Low 40s.

Thursday: Mostly sunny and cooler. Highs- Low/Mid 60s.
