Dry Friday, but tracking rain for the weekend

High pressure will slide East today and off of the coast. This will keep mostly sunny skies through Friday afternoon. It will be slightly warmer than Thursday as temps climb to the low to mid 50s. Look for more clouds late in the day.

This weekend a system will bring in a chance for rain Saturday into early Sunday morning. Heavy rain will be possible at times, especially on Saturday afternoon and night. You can always track the rain on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app. Drier conditions will move in during Sunday afternoon with more sunshine.

Friday: Mostly sunny becoming partly sunny with high clouds moving in. Highs-Low/Mid 50s

Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies and chilly. Lows:Grand Strand: Low/Mid 40s, Inland: Upper 30s.

Saturday: Cloudy with periods of rain, especially in the afternoon. Highs-Low/Mid 60s

Sunday: Cloudy with rain early. Clearing skies in the afternoon. Highs-Around 60°
