Despite sun, Arctic cold remains
Wed, 23 Jan 2013 13:05:05 GMT — High pressure will sink South today keeping our area locked in this Arctic airmass. Another Arctic cold front will push through early tomorrow morning passing the area with just a few clouds but having a re-inforcing shot of cold air behind it. High Despite seeing plenty of sunshine today and tomorrow, afternoon temps will struggle to reach the mid/upper 40s. While another cold front will dive out of Canada into the Southeast, an area of low pressure will also work across the Gulf Coast states. This will bring the chance for mainly rain showers. Arctic high pressure will push in behind the front bringing sunny skies back but also putting highs back into the 40s for the weekend.
