Another round of showers and storms
Tue, 07 Aug 2012 11:36:49 GMT — An unsettled weather pattern will remain in place over the next 7 days. A trough of low pressure is hung up across the East. A few cold fronts will drop south stalling to our West. This will keep the chance for scattered rain and storms around the area throughout the week and into the weekend.You can track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! The humidity will remain high as well, but temps will max out in the mid/upper 80s each day.
Tropical Storm Ernesto is heading toward the Yucatan peninsula and forecast to make landfall tonight. A few weak disturbances are out in the Atlantic but are a long way from the US. These have rough trip ahead with dry air and a lot of wind shear to battle. Most models are these disturbances to diminish over the next few days.
