NFL Week 4: Stats for players with ties to Grand Strand and Pee Dee area

Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman had one interception and six tackles in a 31-20 win over the Cleveland Browns. Norman played college football at Coastal Carolina.

Hartsville native Tony McDaniel made four tackles for the Seattle Seahawks in a 27-17 win over the New York Jets.

Former Carvers Bay High star Clayton Geathers had three tackles, and one pass defended for the Indianapolis Colts, in a 30-27 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Atlanta Falcons beat the Carolina Panthers 48-33. Mike Tolbert had one carry for one yard, and caught one pass for -2 yards for the Panthers. Tolbert played college football at Coastal Carolina.

The Los Angeles Rams beat the Arizona Cardinals 17-13. Former North Myrtle Beach High standout Temarrick Hemingway played for the Rams but did not accumulate any stats. Arizona punter Ryan Quigley, who also played at North Myrtle Beach High, punted four times for a 25.5 average. He had a long punt of 51 yards, and one that landed inside the 20 yard line. Former Cheraw High wide receiver Jaron Brown had one catch for seven yards for the Cards.

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Lawrence Timmons out of Wilson High in Florence had eight tackles in a 43-14 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
