Coastal baseball swept by Ohio State and High Point

The Ohio State Buckeyes beat the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 7-5 in game one of a doubleheader at Springs Brooks Stadium in Conway on Sunday.

Ohio State (9-6) rallied for four runs in the eighth inning.

Noah McGowan and Nate Romans each drove in a pair of runs for the Buckeyes.

In game two, High Point (8-7) beat Coastal Carolina 3-2.

Hunter Lee broke a 2-2 tie with an RBI double in the eighth inning to provide the game winning run for the Panthers.

Coastal Carolina's record is now 12-6.

The Chants will host UConn on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
