Clemson and South Carolina score Sunday baseball wins

The 9th ranked Clemson Tigers beat the 11th ranked Virginia Cavaliers 12-1 at Doug Kingsmore Stadium to take two out of three in the series.

Jordan Greene, Seth Beer and Logan Davidson each drove in two runs.

Pat Krall picked up the win to run his record to 3-0.

The Tigers have won ten of its last eleven games, and are now 16-4 overall, 5-1 in the ACC.

In Knoxville, the 7th ranked South Carolina Gamecocks completed a three game sweep by beating the Tennessee Volunteers 10-2.

Alex Destino drove in three runs with a double and a home run for the Gamecocks.

South Carolina is now 14-5 overall, 3-0 in the SEC.

In San Marcos, Texas, Texas State beat Coastal Carolina 10-7.

Seth Lancaster homered two times and drove in four runs for Coastal.

The Bobcats took two out of three from CCU.
