Brittani McDonald leads South All-Star girls to win

Mullins High star Brittani McDonald scored 17 points to lead the girls South All-Stars to an 81-56 win over the South All-Stars in the S.C. Basketball Coaches All-Star game at Lexington High School on Saturday.

McDonald, an ABC 15 All-Hoop Zone selection, and the Class AA Player of the Year, was voted MVP.

Shamiyah Barnes from Wilson High scored six points, and Kiana Adderton from Myrtle Beach High scored five points for the South All-Stars.

The South All-Stars also won the boys game 106-102.

A pair of Wilson stars had big games for the South All-Stars. Jamal Bryant scored 13 points, and teammate Blake Walker added 11.
