The Myrtle Beach offense is known for its spread attack that is primarily focused on the pass. Over the last four years, the Seahawks have only run the ball 24.8 percent of the time, but with Sinclair, Myrtle Beach is getting 60 percent of its offense from the run game in its first two contests. Sinclair is looking to become the first Seahawks 1000 yard rusher since Daiquone Ford did it three years ago.
Myrtle Beach takes on the South Florence Bruins on Friday at Memorial Stadium. It's the Seahawks third straight 4A opponent. Mickey Wilson's team will play two more 4A squads, Carolina Forest and Conway, before beginning region play in the class 3A ranks. WPDE's End Zone is this Friday night with 60 minutes of action beginning at 11:20 pm.
